Putting the kids to bed the other night I asked them again if they were excited about the new baby.
"YES!" Tate energetically said. "This is like the biggest day of my life!"
"How so?" I asked him.
"Because now I get to be a big brother!" and his smile went from ear to ear.
Unfortunately the new baby won't be ready to take over his chores for a quite a while but at least he is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Only 4 days until Tate's big promotion!
When you were a kid, what do you remember as the biggest day of your life?
