Have you ever seen the Rob Bell video "Lump"?

If not, I'll BRIEFLY explain: Rob's son lies to his mom and when he's busted he runs to hide under his parents' bed covers. Rob comes home from work and basically repeats the scenario you had with your son. "There's nothing you can ever do that will make me love you less". Of course the whole thing gets applied to our relationship as children of God. The visual of this lesson was pretty powerful for me. I'm not a huge RB fan, but seriously loved Lump! Watch it if you get a chance.

The very old father of my mom's best friend passed a couple years ago. When they cleaned out his closet and checked his pockets of all his suits (thats all he wore, God love him) they found several thousand dollars and over 20 little tubes of chapstick - the black, original kind.

I always find something in my old fall purse. This can be tricky for me since I get a new purse every fall. So really, you might want to borrow last years purse from me.
